Agreement

By creating an account you confirm you're eligible and agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines, and that you've read the Privacy Policy. We record what you agreed to, the version and when.

The closed pilot

BridgeDDS is running a small, closed pilot with a limited group of mentors and mentees. Features may change, and we may ask for your feedback. We'll tell you in the app before any significant change to how BridgeDDS works or to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account during the pilot. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we'll close it.
• Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on it.
• One person, one account.

Mentors and verification

• Mentor access requires an application approved by a BridgeDDS Owner and acceptance of the Mentor Code of Conduct. Approval can be withdrawn.
• New mentors appear to students only after completing a short launch checklist (photo, availability, meeting arrangements and so on).
• The Verified badge means an Owner confirmed a mentor's school or professional status at the time of review. It isn't a guarantee about their advice.
• Mentors are volunteers, not BridgeDDS employees or agents. Mentoring on BridgeDDS is unpaid.

No guarantees

Mentorship on BridgeDDS is educational and informational. It isn't admissions consulting with guaranteed outcomes, and it isn't medical, dental, legal or financial advice. Decisions about your education and applications are yours.

Acceptable use

• Never share patient-identifying information — names, images, records, radiographs or anything that could identify a patient.
• No harassment, discrimination, impersonation, false credentials, spam, or selling or soliciting paid services.
• Don't upload malware, scrape BridgeDDS, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Don't submit someone else's writing as your own application material, and mentors don't write it for mentees.

Your content

You own what you create. You give BridgeDDS the permission it needs to store, display and deliver it to the people you share it with — and, for resources you submit to the public library, to show them to members. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

Moderation and ending your account

We may remove content, warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, the guidelines or the Mentor Code of Conduct, and we may end a mentorship when safety requires it. You can stop using BridgeDDS at any time: download your data and delete your account in Settings → Your data. What deletion removes and keeps is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

BridgeDDS is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the conduct of members, and our total liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
